Born and raised in Orange County, California, Madeline has raised over $5 million dollars throughout her career in the nonprofit sector. She has worked in arts, culture, and education-focused organizations and brings a wealth of experience combining vibrant storytelling and data analytics to create compelling grants and high-achieving fundraising campaigns.

Madeline began her career at Mission San Juan Capistrano, an 18th century historical landmark and museum. As a member of the Development team, she raised funds and organizational visibility through annual galas, press events, and donor receptions. Madeline founded and recruited members for The Jewel Club, a complimentary membership program for hospitality professionals with the goal of promoting Mission San Juan Capistrano as a destination for area visitors. Inaugural members included concierges from five and four star luxury resorts, including The Resort at Pelican Hill and Montage Laguna Beach.

In her role at TGR Foundation, A Tiger Woods Charity, she gained new institutional giving partners and increased funding from longstanding grantors by building genuine relationships with grantors. Madeline brought fundraising best practices and systems to the organization including donor stewardship strategies, moves management systems, and pipeline reporting.

In 2021, Madeline joined Laguna Art Museum where she oversaw the museum’s annual fund campaign, Love Art, Love Laguna. Within her first year of hire, the campaign’s revenue increased by 150%, leading to increased institutional sustainability, community arts access, and educational programming. Additionally, Madeline managed the museum’s membership program, which delivered special, VIP experiences and encounters with art while building a supportive community of art lovers.

In 2023, Always Forward Nonprofit Consulting was established in California. Madeline is a proud graduate of Chapman University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History.
